BEATING BURNOUT: 1-DAY WORKSHOP – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering for this event, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

 

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

Name changes can be made at any time at no cost. Location changes can also be made at no cost (subject to space availability in the new location). Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made in writing more than 2 weeks from the date of the event will be refunded in full, less a 15% administration fee.
  • Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the date of the event are non-refundable, however the value of the purchase may be held in credit for 12 months for another event or service provided by Revolutionaries of Wellbeing Group Ltd (ROW).

ROW reserves the right to change the date, venue and/or presenters of the event at any time and without prior notice, and in any way deemed to be in the best interests of meeting the objectives of the event.

If ROW cancels an event for any reason, your remedy is limited to a refund of the registration fee.

 

INSURANCE, TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION

You are advised to procure your own insurance to cover all risks including (but not limited to) costs of travel, accommodation, conference fees, personal property, health and medical expenses, injury, death and all other risks. You are ultimately responsible for your own travel/accommodation bookings. Should the event be rescheduled or cancelled, no compensation for such bookings will be available.

 

PRIVACY

ROW requires your personal information to allow attendance to the event. If the mandatory personal information requested is not provided, you will not be able to participate and attend the Event. ROW is bound by the Privacy Act 2020. By registering for the event, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with ROW’s Privacy Policy.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ROW will not accept any liability for damages or loss of property or valuables belonging to any attendee attending the event nor any loss relating to travel, insurance or accommodation due to changes to the event or the cancellation of the event.

 

 

CONDUCT

A high level of conduct by attendees is expected at all times. ROW reserves the right to expel an individual, without refund, from an event if the organisers deem that individual’s behaviour to be aggressive, abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

By attending the event, you understand and consent to the fact that your image, name, or likeness may be captured by a photographer or videographer at the event and may be used for publicity purposes, without compensation. Furthermore, you agree that ROW will own copyright in any such images and photographs and in all material incorporating such images and photographs.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

ROW will not be liable for compensation for any matter or disruption outside its control (e.g. evacuations, road closures, pandemic, bad weather, earthquake or flight cancellations).
