Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery for most areas on all ROW products for orders placed before 5pm (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). If you ordered products to be delivered to rural addresses, please allow up to an extra 3 business days, although delivery time may be longer on some products.
We use New Zealand Post’s tracked courier service.
We ship internationally. Please allow four to six weeks depending on location. Customers are responsible for local fees and taxes.

Products available for download will be supplied to customers after payment. Note, no physical product will be shipped. Some products may have a download limit or an expiry. Please check at the time of purchase.
Shipped From Supplier Products
If your order contains products shipped from suppliers you may receive more than one delivery. Shipped from supplier products should take 5 – 7 business days in New Zealand, although delivery time may be longer on some products. International shipping may take 6 weeks or longer depending on location.
