Everyone needs a helping hand sometimes

We often hear from leaders and workplace wellbeing leads that while wellbeing is a part of the job they enjoy, it can be hard to find the time to bring it all to life or think of new, fresh ideas - especially with competing pressures of compliance or other projects. Sometimes, you need a helping hand for a project, a campaign, or even just to get a workplace wellbeing email out there. Consider the ROW workplace wellbeing concierge team your team of helping hands.

Benefits of using ROW's wellbeing concierge service

Your ROW wellbeing concierge:

  • Makes your life easier - they can provide workplace wellbeing services and support for initiatives you don't have the time or expertise to manage.
  • Saves you time and money - they can take on monthly tasks or small projects so that you can focus on the big picture or other work, plus they have access to ROW's extensive network of experts so can find extra support that fits your needs and budget.
  • Are specialists in their field - they have worked in corporate environments and across wellbeing roles, so can provide realistic, practical advice and guidance. Plus, they can bring insights from working across clients (there's no point in reinventing the wheel! The team can draw on knowledge from the ROW community to quickly bring ideas to life).
  • Know the big picture matters - they will work with you to understand your strategy and your goals, and ensure your program delivers.
  • Are focused on results - they are as invested in the wellbeing of your people as you are and will make sure that initiatives are making a tangible difference.

The ROW wellbeing concierge team generally work remotely. In-person support is available.

As a guide, there are three packages available:

Package 1:  Essential - 20 hours of support per month

Package 2: Professional - 60 hours of support per month

Package 3: Premium - 120 hours of support per month

Packages are billed monthly. Retainer deals are available. We will work with you to define the tasks and responsibilities of your concierge service.

We can also tailor a package to meet your needs. Some examples of recent work include:

  • A client called for help on a powerpoint to present the new wellbeing strategy to leaders across the business. It needed to be short, sharp and on message.
  • A client needed a podcast to share with employees on the CEO's perspective on wellbeing through COVID-19. It was decided a podcast was easier to share with teams across geographic locations.
  • A client wanted to send an email out to all employees to raise awareness on a particular wellbeing issue. It needed to be empathetic, share a story and a call to action.
  • A not-for-profit asked for help in turning a public health campaign into something businesses could use to embrace and share the message. It needed to be step-by-step with easy-to-use resources.
